Plasma Coated Sleeves

Plasma Coated Sleeves is part of our Plasma Coating range. Plasma spray coating puts a hard ceramic or metallic layer on the surface of a part. It is used on rollers, guide sleeves, base plates and machine parts that face abrasion, heat, corrosion or product build-up. We prepare the surface, apply the coating and finish the part to size so it is ready to fit back on your machine. Worn parts can be stripped and re-coated.
